AREON KONSALTYNG, TOV is a consulting company that works with teams building mobile and web software. We help connect three things that often live separately: how the product is designed, how it is built and how it is presented to users and clients.

We do not act as a large agency. Our work is closer to having an additional senior person on the product side, who understands software and communication and can work together with your existing team.

How collaboration usually looks

We keep the format simple and transparent. Exact details depend on your product and team size, but in general the work looks like this.

1. Short introduction call

We listen to how you describe your product, current stage and main concerns. This call is used to understand if we are the right company to work with in your case.

2. Review of materials and current status

We look at the product, current pages, public presence and the numbers that you are ready to show. Based on this, we write a short and clear summary on what we see.

3. Focused work on selected topics

After the review we agree on two or three topics for the next period. It can be software planning, product flows or preparation for a new release. We work together with your team, not instead of it.

4. Regular check in

Every one or two weeks we have a short call to go through the progress, new questions and next steps. The goal is to keep everyone aligned and avoid long gaps without feedback.
